Values are our standard commercial specification. Tighter tolerances can be agreed for a specific programme and are confirmed in writing before the first shipment. Aflatoxin limits follow the EU maximum levels for nuts intended for direct human consumption.
What it is
Kalleh Ghouchi — literally “ram’s head” — is the largest of the round cultivars. The kernel fills the shell more completely than in other varieties, which is why it is often described as almond-like in size. The Turkish Siirt nut sits in the same size and shape class.
What it means for your order
Size is the whole argument. In premium retail, gift packing, and Gulf-market distribution, the visible size of the nut in a transparent pack is a direct selling point, and 22/24 delivers it. Yield per kilogram is lower than Fandoghi, and the price reflects that.
